  • FTC further provides procurement general construction bidding phase for the GC (General Contractor) selection process and administer construction phase with general contractor in securing the C/O - Certificate of Occupancy or TCO - Temporary Certificate of Occupancy to operate as required for the built premise.

Project Pre-Development to Development as Developer:

FTC Architects provide professional services analyzing pre-feasibility studies in design, zoning and planning including full-fledged feasibility studies to gather the pros and cons of the project development within the city, or its extra-terrestrial zone or jurisdiction or in the remote boon docks of county.

  • FTC also provides services to help evaluate ESA Phase I & II (Environmental Site Assessment)  FTC Architects has provided project development services to evaluate and assess project pro-forma used for forecasting future financial returns of a project, creating a budget and determining capital investment requirements and calculates all the variables that go into putting a deal together.  Thus, giving the development team the ability to make informed decisions regarding the project's expected financial performance.

Construction Management:

  • FTC Architects also specializes in project management for the owners in controlling the project schedule, cost, quality, life safety, legal contracts, and the project scope during construction phase with general contractor.
